No previous experience needed!\nBallet is said to stimulate brain activity, as well as the body, and this activity causes the brain to release “feel-good” hormones like endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine. In short, ballet enhances brain functioning by influencing brain-wave patterns, emotions, and the nervous system.\nSchedule:\nWednesdays May 1- June 26/24\n9 0ne-hour online classes at 6 – 7 p.m. for $254.25 (includes HST)\nTo Register:\nSpace in each class is limited.
