CSARN is very excited to announce the keynote speaker for this year's sixth annual conference.
Maintaining Creativity 6 will lead off with a presentation by Dr. Daniel Levitin. Daniel is the author of five consecutive international bestselling books: This Is Your Brain On Music, The World in Six Songs, The Organized Mind, A Field Guide to Lies, and his latest, Successful Aging. He is Professor Emeritus of Psychology at McGill University;and a former record producer and engineer with artists such as Stevie Wonder, Santana, and Blue Oyster Cult.
Successful Aging will be the focus of Daniel's presentation. "Some people who seem to age more successfully than others can thank genetics; some of it is just plain luck." says Daniel. I'll talk about some of these things, and we'll touch on how music and art can improve our lives at any age."
