Ballet Teacher (young dancers 3-9 years)

Studio BalletFit is a new boutique studio in the west end (851 Royal York Rd) focusing on quality ballet instruction for children.

Experienced recreational Hip Hop instructor required for Thursday nights starting January 6th for the Granite Club's School of Dance and Gymnastics at 2350 Bayview Ave. 

Class times include:

  • 4:15-5:00 pm - Pre-Hip Hop (3-4 years
  • 5:15-6:00 pm - Hip Hop 1 (5-6 years)
  • 6:15-7:00 pm - Hip Hop 2 (7+ years)

Classes range in size from 4-10 students each.

Hello! 

I am the owner of a new studio in Peterborough Ontario called Next Generation Dance Company. We will be going into our second season in September, and I would love to add Acro to our list of genres. I am looking for a qualified and experienced Acrobatics teacher who is comfortable teaching dancers from 5 years old to 16 years old. They will also need to be comfortable with creating choreography for the end of the year performance, and possibly for competitions. 

Requirements:

-3+ years of Acro teaching experience

-5+ years overall teaching experience

Saturdays

9:30am - Tiny Tots - 18 months-3yrs (Parent involvement)

10am - Pre-School Kinder Dance - 3-4 yrs

10:45am - Pre-Primary Ballet - 4-6yrs (they have been following the BATD syllabus - not essential)

11:30am - Primary Acro - 4-5yrs (basic steps to be taught such as galloping, skipping, hopping and core acro positions such as ball pose, plank etc)
