Late Spring Adult Ballet for the Absolute Beginner Online Group Classes
***It’s never too late! Ideal for the student who has never studied ballet or has had a long hiatus and wants to get back to ballet. No previous experience needed!
When people think of the benefits of studying ballet, they commonly think exclusively about the physical benefits, but that is only part of the picture.
Dancing does provide various physical benefits, but current research increasingly suggests that it can also benefit the mind, that dancing is good for mental health.
Accordingly, ballet is said to stimulate brain activity, and this activity causes the brain to release “feel-good” hormones like endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine. In short, ballet enhances brain functioning by influencing brain-wave patterns, emotions, and the nervous system.

9 one-hour online classes at 6 – 7 p.m. for $254.25 (includes HST)

Space in each class is limited. Registration is on a “first come” basis.
