Class Description:

Practice moving smoothly in and out of the floor with ease and style. Full warm up, drills, phrases and some improvisation to be expected. Classes will progress daily but all are welcome to drop in any of the days. Wear clothing with ample coverage for the skin and knee pads if desired.
