Call for Performing Artists: AI-TO-AUDIENCE

AI-TO-AUDIENCE is currently accepting applications from artists who are interested in learning about AI systems, processes and the creation process.

Selected artists will have the chance to contribute to the development of Leo, a naïve 8 foot character, through a series of personality, voice and motion capture workshops. This project offers a unique opportunity to learn about AI tools, functions, and applications while learning about the extents and nuances of conversational technology.

Participants will receive an honorarium for their contributions, and the project is generously supported by the Canada Council for the Arts Digital Greenhouse Grant.

The application deadline is June 20, 2024, at 11:59pm EST, and workshops will run from June 27 to July 31, 2024.
