Roger Scannura
Canadian guitarist Roger Scannura is well-known in the European music scene, especially in the colorful Flamenco subgenre. He was born on the history drenched Mediterranean Island of Malta and spent many years in Spain honing his craft and playing with gypsy masters.
Scannura has enthralled listeners with his passionate playing style and expressive interpretations, thanks to his captivating guitar talents and profound awareness of flamenco music traditions.
Scannura has gained recognition as a real virtuoso due to his distinctive fusion of European influences and Flamenco methods. He creates a tapestry of sound with each strumming of his guitar that appeals to fans of global music as well as classical music.
