Hip Hop Dance Teacher
Are you passionate about Hip Hop dance? We’re looking for a fun, energetic Hip Hop teacher to join our team!
Details:
• Position: Hip Hop Dance Teacher
• Location: Established studio in Brampton (51 years in business) The Studio School of Dance and Music
• Age Group: Children ages 7 and up
• Schedule: Tuesday evenings, 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Full season: September to June)
• Classes:
o 3 performance choreography classes
o 2 competitive technique classes
• Requirements:
o Must bring an energetic, engaging, and motivational teaching style
o Experience teaching Hip Hop to a variety of ages
o Able to adapt teaching techniques to various skill levels, from beginners to competitive dancers
o Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
o Strong communicator who can keep students excited and focused
o Ability to choreograph and teach both performance-based routines and competitive-level technique
o Must be committed to creating a fun, inclusive, and supportive class atmosphere
o Organized and reliable, ensuring class objectives are met and choreography is delivered on time
