Ballet Instructor – Part-Time Competitive Program

Dancers Burlington is seeking an accomplished and passionate Ballet Instructor to join our Part-Time Competitive Program for the upcoming season.

We are looking for an exceptional educator with a strong foundation in classical ballet who is committed to developing technically proficient, confident, and artistic dancers. The ideal candidate understands the unique needs of competitive dancers and can deliver structured, engaging classes that build strength, alignment, musicality, and performance quality while fostering a positive and motivating learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Extensive training in classical ballet, with recognized credentials considered an asset
• Experience teaching ballet to competitive dancers of various ages and levels
• A thorough understanding of ballet technique, conditioning, injury prevention, and dancer development
• The ability to challenge and inspire dancers while maintaining a supportive, encouraging classroom atmosphere
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A collaborative, professional approach and commitment to contributing to a positive studio culture
• Availability for weekly classes and select studio events
