Ballroom & Latin Instructor – Leader Role

Dance Lounge is looking for a motivated dancer to join our team and train to become a professional Ballroom & Latin Dance Instructor in the leader role.

No ballroom teaching experience required – professional training is provided.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has a background in dance, performance, athletics, or another movement-based discipline
• Is comfortable learning and performing the leader role in partnered dancing
• Is outgoing, personable, reliable, and professional
• Enjoys working one-on-one with people
• Is interested in developing dance into a long-term professional career
• Is available for a serious, consistent commitment

This is a paid position with opportunities to teach, train, perform, compete, and grow professionally with our studio.

Dance Lounge specializes in Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Bachata and other partner dance styles. Our instructors work primarily with adult students through private lessons, group classes, performances, showcases and competitions.

We are especially interested in dancers or performers who may not have considered becoming a professional ballroom instructor before. If you have strong movement ability, musicality, personality and the willingness to learn, we can provide the ballroom-specific training.
