I am writing on behalf of a specialized fitness and wellness space, located on the Danforth, a 4 min walk from Chester station, and is also close to both Riverdale and Leslieville. Our space currently has some rental availability and opportunities and may be of high appeal to dance instructors, or dance schools!
Our main space is over 1600 sq. ft, and has high ceilings, a sound system, wifi, as well as equipment such as yoga matts’, bolsters, free weights and yoga straps. The space is ideal for running all manners of workshops, one on one instruction, or small group classes or trainings. We also have approximately 30 folding chairs to accommodate presentations, along with a projector. We also have 2 fully operational Treatment Rooms, regularly used by Registered Massage Therapists.
We are looking for people who are like minded to our philosophy of no judgement, supportive and no attitude. At FitZonePlus we work with individuals who come with personal and health challenges and offer classes that are inclusive to all shapes and sizes. It is very important to us to find the right people to share our space with, and we are hoping to connect and build strong, healthy relationships with all who enter our door.
We believe we offer very competitive and low rates, with a sliding scale range of $50/hr for the studio, which we regularly provide at a discounted rate as well a complimentary basis depended on the needs of the persons involved.
