We warmly welcome members of the BIPOC community and of the LGBTQ+ community.

“Exude was a very valuable experience for me, it was an incredibly welcoming environment, created both by Kylie and the other participants. The weekly sessions brought some much needed consistency to my training, and allowed me to focus on developing the unique skills and new movement qualities that Kylie proposes. The overall feeling was so upbeat and positive, I felt more open to trying new things every week!”
