St. Lawrence Market – Expression of Interest

St. Lawrence Market is interested in hearing your new and exciting program ideas for use of the Temporary Market at 125 The Esplanade. The Market is seeking expressions of interest from qualified applicants who are interested in operating a program inside the Temporary Market.

The program(s) proposed must align with St. Lawrence Market’s vision, mission and goals.

The programs must:

·         Be open to the public

·         Attract visitors to the neighbourhood

·         Have a strong community component

·         Should operate on Sundays at minimum but the City is open to programs on other weekdays including Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

·         Incorporate values of community, collaboration, diversity, equity and inclusion into the programming and activities

uccessful proponent(s) would enter into an agreement with the City of Toronto’s Corporate Real Estate Management division to program the space as per their operational plan for up to one year, with the possibility of two, one-year extension terms.

Interested applicants should attend a site visit on January 11, 2023.
