COME DANCE
WITH US!
Dance Ontario is for you.
We’re so happy you’re here!
Our Vision
Since its launch in 1976 as the regional arm of the Dance In Canada Association (DICA)*, our membership-based association has grown into a multi-faceted, dynamic cross-section of all areas of the dance sector. Our seven networks across Ontario – Halton (HDN), Dufferin (DDN), London (LDA), Windsor (WDN), Sudbury (SDN), Ottawa (ODN), and The Soo/Algoma (S/ADN) – proudly represent an extraordinary scope of organizations and individuals. Advocate for our community. Connect talent and experts with opportunities and resources. Provide training, advice and industry information to further professional careers and nurture new ones. Create exceptional programming. And interact, every day, with the public to promote our members’ services and events.

Land Acknowledgement
We honour and acknowledge the ancestral caretakers of this land: the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Wendat and most recently the Mississauga of the New Credit First Nation who have a Treaty relationship with Canada. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work in their community, on this territory. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future.
