Youth Board

The Dance Ontario Youth Board (DOYB) exists to represent Youth who dance in Ontario.

We recognize that there are many passionate young people with great ideas and the DOYB gives them the opportunity to share them with each other, with the broader dance community, and to eventually turn dreams into reality.

In the past DOYB has worked closely with the Dance Ontario Board and has successfully organized delightful shows at Pearson International Airport for International Dance Day. Initiated by our Past Chair Catherine Carpenko, they re-launched under the direction of past Board Member Jade Jager Clark.

The DOYB returned in 2023 as the reanamed Youth Advisory Council.

The current members of the council are:
