Flight: Prince Edward County’s Festival of Contemporary Dance prioritizes Indigenous artistso, artists of colour and legacy dance in a dynamic outdoor week of dance events. Presented by County Stage on the beautiful grounds of The Eddie Hotel and Farm from August 15-20, 2023, Flight offers daily stage and on-site performances, artists’ talks, kids’ classes, and workshops ranging from urban dance-inspired explorations to Celtic Tree Wisdom.
Flight 2023’s stellar performers include Julia Aplin, Krashka Burns, Jordana Deveau, Sophie Dow, Kendra Epik, Ralph Escamillon, Erik Geddis, Kristen Foote, Rihanna Harris, Beany John, Libydo Libydo, Ellis Martin-Wylie, Jera Wolfe, Natasha Poon Woo, and local Ontario Dance Academy, Community Arts and Groove Tonic dancers.
