Join Rambert Grades for a CPD time-valued workshop that will offer teachers a full sampling of the syllabus, from the Creative Dance for Early Years, all the way up to Grade 8 designed for pre-professional students.
Rambert Grades believes in progressive dance training which encourages students from all backgrounds to develop skills and knowledge in contemporary dance and unleash their creative force.
Time will be offered after the workshop to answer any questions about the syllabus, including information on exams, what repertoire is available within the syllabus, how to become a Rambert Grades certified teacher, and the benefits to RAD teachers.
Aims:
The aim of this session is for participants to physically experience a sampling of Rambert Grades syllabus work in-person.
Learning Outcomes:
On completion of this session, you will:
Understand Rambert Grades values and ethos
Explore the connection between language and movement intentions.
Learn sections of material from both Rambert Grades syllabi: Creative Dance for Early Years (ages 3+) and Grades 1-8 (ages 7 to pre-professional)
Learn a section of repertoire from the Performance Strand
Try out a task from the Creative Strand
Discuss and ask questions with a Rambert Grades Delivering Artist
