Dance Ontario Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday, September 23, 2019 from noon until 1:00 pm in the Jarvis Room at Canada’s National Ballet School, 400 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario.
Three (3) additional names may be added to the slate (See below).
If you are unable to attend the meeting you may vote by proxy or assign your vote to a member in good standing. If you do not assign your proxy, it will be assumed that Jennifer Watkins (Vice-President) will vote on your behalf. Ballot_and_Proxy_Form.pdf
