The Toronto Arts Foundation has announced the finalists of our Newcomer Arts Award, including Dance Ontario member Irina Tolchilshchikova.
Sponsored by RBC, the Newcomer Arts Award is a $2,500 micro-award designed to support the future potential of newcomer artists working in a range of disciplines across the Greater Toronto Area.
