Admin Associate + Social Media & Marketing

 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients at the studio, and answering calls and emails on behalf of the studio.
  • *Technical lead* learn all things relating to the studio system
  • Contribute to a positive environment for the students, staff and clients at the studio.
  • Learn and manage dance studio software and be an expert in all programming offered at the studio.
  • Support any in-studio conflict resolution, problem solving and helping address any other needs of students and staff.
  • Communicate with clients via email, in person and on phone for administrative support.
  • Run all operations of studio programming while in studio, and create ideas and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Keep the booking systems/registration platforms neat, organised and updated as soon as changes are made.
  • Collaborate with Studio Director during peak (competition) season to support outstanding tasks.
  • Help clients register for existing classes online or with any new  inquiries about programming and enrollment.
  • Greet and welcome everyone who walks into the studio (potential clients, existing clients, guests) and support them with anything needed.
  • Create marketing campaigns and contribute to expanding the studio brand
  • Direct social media account and bring ideas to our platforms
