Audition Call for Toronto-based Kathak Dancers- Pratibha Arts

AUDITION CALL – SUNDAY, SEPT. 29, 2024

TORONTO-BASED KATHAK DANCE ARTISTS

Pratibha Arts is looking for Toronto-based professional-level Kathak dance artists to join its Advanced Kathak training program and perform in a new Kathak-based work by Bageshree Vaze premiering in September 2025.

Interested artists over the age of 18 may submit for an audition by sending a bio and performance video by Sept. 25, 2024, to [email protected].

Selected artists will be contracted in 2025 and paid fees according to Canadian Alliance of Dance Artists (CADA East) guidelines and professional standards.

Auditions will be Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 1-3 pm at The Railpath Arts Centre, 35 Golden Avenue, Toronto.

Prospective artists must be able to attend rehearsals in downtown Toronto and should familiarize themselves with the company’s work by visiting www.pratibhaarts.com
