Children’s Ballet & Jazz Dance Instructor

Responsibilities:
– Plan and conduct dance classes for students of various ages and skill levels
– Teach dance techniques, choreography, and routines
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
– Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their dance skills
– Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the goals of the dance studio
– Coordinate and organize dance recitals and performances
– Ensure the safety of students during dance classes

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a dance instructor or in a related role
– Strong knowledge of various dance styles and techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Patience and the ability to work effectively with students of different ages and skill levels
– Early childhood education or tutoring experience is a plus
– Ability to cook or provide snacks for young children during breaks
– Classroom management skills to maintain discipline and focus during classes
– Passion for dance and the ability to educate and inspire students
