The Dance Workshop Alliston is hiring competitive & recreational Acro & Jazz instructors for our 2024/2025 dance season. We provide quality dance education in a family friendly environment.
We are looking for instructors who would like to grow with us. Applicants should have experience working with young children ages 6+ and be certified in one or more of the following: Acrobatic Arts, Discover Dance, RAD, ADAPT or Rhythm Works.
We have 1 to 2 nights available depending on the applicants qualifications.
Pay is based on experience. We offer 2 week bonus at Christmas, one paid sick day per term and 50% of regular pay if classes are cancelled due to inclement weather. All trainings, staff meetings, rehearsals and recitals are paid.
We are a YPAD certified studio. As such any new instructors would need to become certified. The studio pays for all courses and your time. Requirements include a criminal reference check with vulnerable sector screening and First Aid and CPR certification.
