House of Dance, a growing and award-winning competitive dance studio located in Scarborough, Ontario (2255 Markham Road), is looking to expand our faculty for the upcoming 2026–2027 season beginning this September.
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Tap Instructor to work with our competitive dancers ranging from Micro Minis (ages 5+) through to Senior level.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have extensive experience teaching tap to all age groups and levels
• Be highly knowledgeable in tap technique and syllabus work
• Have a strong background in creating and choreographing successful competitive tap routines
• Be energetic, positive, professional, and inspiring in the classroom
• Be committed to developing strong technical foundations while fostering a love of dance
We are looking for someone who can motivate dancers, create engaging classes, and help continue the growth and success of our competitive program.
