D’Air Dance Collective is seeking vibrant, energetic dance instructors, who truly love working with children and believe in the powerful role mentors play in shaping the next generation. We are looking for someone who understands that teaching is more than steps and choreography—it’s about being part of the village that helps raise confident, kind, and resilient young people.

Our ideal instructor brings positivity, creativity, and heart into the studio each day, creating an environment where children feel inspired, supported, and excited to learn.

Key Responsibilities
– Teach engaging dance classes for preschool and youth students in a positive, nurturing environment
– Create age-appropriate lesson plans that build coordination, confidence, and creativity
– Foster a classroom culture rooted in encouragement, respect, and inclusion
– Prepare students for studio performances, showcases, and community events
– Communicate professionally with studio staff and parents when needed
– Support the overall mission and culture of D’Air Dance Collective

Qualifications

– Dance training and teaching experience (preferred)
– Experience working with children ages 2–12 is an asset
– Background in early childhood education or youth programming is an asset
– First Aid/CPR and Vulnerable Sector Check may be required
