Dance Instructor – Latin, Ballroom, American Rhythm and Smooth

Star Dance Centre is a creative hub for dance professionals and novices located in the heart of North York, right above Sheppard-Yonge Subway with underground parking. With over 25 award-winning dance professionals on faculty, we provide exceptional coaching for adults and kids while building confidence, presentation, and an active lifestyle.
We are seeking an experienced Ballroom Latin, American Rhythm, and Smooth dance instructor to join our team on a part-time contract basis. The ideal candidate has a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students of all ages and skill levels.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans for Ballroom Latin, American Rhythm, and Smooth dances.
Teach and guide students through dance techniques and choreography.
Motivate and inspire students to achieve their dance goals.
Provide constructive feedback and evaluations to students.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Ballroom Latin, American Rhythm, and Smooth dances.
Strong knowledge of dance techniques and choreography.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels.
