We are seeking super high-energy and engaging Instructors for our two Studio location in Toronto. [Danforth Dance Arts in Riverdale and Encore Dance Arts in the Roncesvalles area]. We are growing our Team for the Sept 2024 – June 2025 Dance Season and paid training will take place from August 26-29, 2024.
Candidates need to be well-versed in at least 3 of the following dance styles:
Creative Movement, Ballet, Acro, Lyrical, Musical Theatre/Jazz, Hip Hop.
The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:
~All instructors must possess a current dance teaching certification and/or be highly experienced teaching their dance discipline;
~Ideally have experience teaching and developing very young dancers [from 3-13 years of age];
~Excellent musicality and feel comfortable singing songs to children in a dance class setting;
~Must be a true team player, reliable, driven, inclusive and self-motivated;
~Candidate will be eager to accept feedback and willing to continue their own professional development;
~Candidates must be extremely friendly, outgoing, positive and enjoy working with very young children.

Schedule:
Weekends (between 9-4pm)
Monday to Friday after school (between 3-8pm)
Saturday or Sunday availability is a must!
