- Build relationships with all clients; and be a major contributor to our clients’ positive experience with SSOD.
- Day-to-day lead for conflict resolution, problem solving and other needs for director and staff
- Be a major contributor to our staff’s positive experience with SSOD.
- Run all operations of the facilities – both in-studio and events: ensure seamless management of day-to-day activities and create ideas and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicating with current and potential customers in person
- Train and supervise front desk staff along with Artistic Director
- Be an expert in everything happening at the studio, able to direct staff and clients alike.
- Learn and manage dance studio software – be an expert in program offerings
- Escalate any and all priority issues to Director
- Provide support and direction to teachers under direction of the Artistic Director
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Coordinator
- Come up with new ideas to continue fostering a community atmosphere
