Richard Forget is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and energetic female stage assistant to join his theatrical production.
We’re looking for someone with great stage presence, a positive personality and the ability to move confidently and gracefully on stage. Dance experience is welcome but certainly not required.
Applicants should be at least 5’4″ tall, physically fit, agile and comfortable performing in illusions and theatrical routines that may involve movement and confined spaces. Certain illusions have specific physical requirements.
Skating/Rollerblading experience is a definite asset!
No previous experience in magic is necessary. Training and rehearsals will be provided.
Although this advertisement is listed in Toronto, I am based just east of Toronto. Most rehearsals, however, will take place in Toronto.
This is a paid opportunity, with performances primarily throughout Southern Ontario. Rehearsals are paid at an hourly rate, while performances are compensated on a per show basis.
To apply: Please send a brief introduction, a recent photograph and any relevant performance experience to [email protected].
