DBDC is looking for qualified, passionate, and dynamic teachers who want to grow long term with us for many seasons to come.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Competitive Ballet Director
2. Competitive Ballet instructor
* Please note: The Cecchetti method is our preferred method. We are open to RAD or Vaganova Methods as well.
3. Hip Hop Instructor
4. Jazz, Lyrical & Contemporary instructor
5. Studio administrator
6. Social media manger

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years teaching competitive level students ages 6-16.

Rates are negotiable based on qualifications & experience.
