K-pop Dance Instructor

Star Dance Centre is a creative hub for dance professionals, up-and-coming celebrities, musicians, and novices located in the heart of Willowdale, right above Sheppard-Yonge Subway. With over 25 award-winning dance professionals on faculty, we provide exceptional coaching for adults and kids while building confidence, presentation, and an active lifestyle. We are hiring an experienced K-Pop Dance Instructor responsible for creating and executing lesson plans while making sure every student feels supported and inspired.
Responsibilities:

Instruct K-Pop dance classes for students at various skill levels. Proficiency in additional styles is a plus.
Create choreographies and new dance routines that keep students engaged and challenged.
Train new students and analyze individual progress over time.
Plan and schedule lessons in coordination with studio staff.
Coordinate with the team on scheduling and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in K-Pop or a related urban dance style.
Strong choreography skills and a current understanding of K-Pop trends and performance style.
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with students of all ages.
Reliable, collaborative, and passionate about the art form.
