Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced dance educator to create and teach a Kinder Dance Program tailored to children aged 1-3 and Mom and Tot classes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning the curriculum, developing age-appropriate lesson plans, and delivering engaging and fun classes that introduce young children to the joy of dance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive Kinder Dance Program for ages 1-3 and Mom and Tot classes.
Create age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate basic dance movements, rhythm, coordination, and creative expression.
Teach daytime dance classes, ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants.
Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and the goals of the program.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each child, ensuring that all participants have a positive and enriching experience.
Collaborate with the studio’s administrative team to schedule classes and organize special events or performances.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in early childhood dance education.
Strong understanding of child development, particularly in children aged 1-3.
Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate dance activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young children and their parents.
Creative, energetic, and passionate about fostering a love of dance in young children.
CPR and First Aid certification.
