We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dance Teacher to join our competitive dance program and help train and inspire our performance teams.

Position Overview:
– The ideal candidate will work with competitive dancers, developing strong technique, performance quality, and choreography for competitions and showcases.

Responsibilities:
– Teach and train competitive dance teams
– Create and choreograph competition-ready routines
– Develop strong technique, musicality, and stage presence
– Prepare dancers for regional and national competitions
– Collaborate with studio staff on training goals and season planning
– Provide constructive feedback and professional guidance to students

Requirements:
– Minimum 5+ years of dance teaching experience
– Experience working with competitive dance teams required
– Strong background in choreography and performance coaching
– Ability to teach novice to advanced dancers
– Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
– Experience in multiple styles (e.g., Jazz, Acro, Lyrical, Hip-Hop) is an asset
