Ontario School of Ballet is seeking passionate, a dedicated teacher (ballet, jazz, tap) to join our expert accredited faculty for the 2025 season starting this September. If you love to inspire the next generation of dancers, as well as genuinely love teaching, then this position is for you!

Our faculty are a part of 40 years of making dance fun to foster the development of disciplined, self-confident students. Teachers will provide high quality dance instruction for students of all ages in an inspirational environment.

Our Ideal Candidate:
• Has weekend and evening availability
• Is RAD or ADAPT certified
• Has the ability to captivate and encourage students, while fostering a positive and supportive teaching approach
• Demonstrates strong classroom management, technical expertise, and choreography creation
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:

As a teacher at OSB, your responsibilities include delivering dynamic, fun classes to students of all ages and skill abilities. This also includes:
• Leading and delivering high calibre training, emphasizing the importance of both physical and artistic skills needed to excel
• Designing choreography for year-end recital that showcase your creativity and the fun you’ve had in class
• Offering guidance to help students improve their technique, creativity, and self-discipline
• Fostering an environment where students understand the importance of commitment and teamwork
• Completing report cards
• Preparing students for exams and recital choreography as required
