Recreational Dance Teacher (Fall/Winter 2026/2027)

Twist Dance Academy Inc. (Maple, Ontario) is currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate Recreational Dance Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 season!

Styles include: Acro, Hip Hop, Ballet, and Jazz
Ages: 3–16 years
Schedule: Monday evenings
Season runs: September 2026 – June 2027

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience teaching recreational dancers of various ages and skill levels
• Positive, energetic, and encouraging teaching style
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to create a fun, structured, and inclusive learning environment
• Acro certification is considered an asset
• Reliable and professional team player

Responsibilities:
• Plan and teach engaging weekly classes
• Foster confidence, creativity, and technical growth in students
• Prepare students for year-end recital performances
• Communicate professionally with staff and families
• Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes

We are looking for someone who loves working with children and is passionate about helping dancers grow both in skill and confidence.
