DANCE ONTARIO PRESENTS: ONWARDS
Join us from November 19 – December 3rd as we celebrate creativity in the digital space!
Dance Ontario is presenting a 1-hour virtual showcase of commissioned dance performances and films, including behind the scenes mini docs and interviews with the artists, sharing the ups and downs of creating during a pandemic.
The showcase will feature world premieres of works by award-winning choreographers Rodney Diverlus and Matthew “Snoopy” Cuff as well as short films from choreographers Devanshi Mishra, Shameka Blake and Angelo De Torres and filmmakers Olya Glotka and Manuel Garcia.
This is an opportunity to explore how dancers and choreographers across Ontario have persevered through a global pandemic by finding new and unique ways to share their craft and talents.
Premiering virtually on November 19 at 7pm and available to watch on demand through December 3.
