The Canadian Dance Assembly welcomes their new Executive Director, Karla Etienne . Karla brings a wealth of knowledge to the Canadian Dance Assembly as both a practicing artist and arts leader. She has extensive experience in government relations, arts presentation and performance. Most recently she has been awarded the 2021 Prix Stellaire which you can read more about here. As Executive Director, Karla will lead the Canadian Dance Assembly into the next phase of its journey, with its mission, vision, and community values as a guide.
