Alyssa Levac is a multidisciplinary artist, choreographer, and researcher based in Toronto, Ontario. Working in contemporary dance, she explores how feminist principles shape creative processes, decision-making, and collaboration in the studio. She holds a BFA in Dance and a Master of Arts in Theatre, Dance & Performance Studies from York University, where her research led her to develop an inclusive model for dance choreography rooted in feminist values and relational care. The intersections of her identity deeply inform her choreographic work, and she is passionate about integrating visual and performing arts into everyday life. Her happy places are sunny dance studios, lakes, bookstores, and spaces shared with good people.
