Frog in Hand is a Mississauga-based, not-for-profit dance-theatre company and registered charity. For over 10 years, we’ve been a home-grown success story, creating meaningful, accessible, and site-specific work shaped by the communities and spaces we inhabit. As a network of storytellers, we infuse dance with theatre to support under-represented identities, promote wellbeing, and spark joy.
Our mission is to create, perform, and teach dance-theatre as a powerful act of creative placemaking —transcending boundaries and fostering cross-cultural connection. We are committed to radical inclusivity, community connection, and care-driven processes, using the arts to reflect diverse stories and build hope for lasting social change.
