Newton Moraes has been invited by Professor Hudson Moura to speak about African-Brazilian Dance and Religion at Africanidades: Luso-African Cultures at the University of Toronto on October 06, 2015 from 2-4 pm at Teefy Hall 102 Religion, Rituals & Dance “Faith and Freedom,”
In addition, the History Department at York University has invited him to deliver a lecture on Brazilian Dance at the “BRAZIL IN THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION” on February 26th, 2016.
