Dance Ontario and Dancer Transition Resource Centre was at London’s Lester B. Pearson School for the Arts on December 9 for a program geared towards high school aged students who are actively involved in dnce and their parents.
The afternoon included a dance workshop led by Gadfly’s Ofilio Portillo as well as panel discussions with Michelle Holm (dancer/aerialist and former dance captain with Royal Caribbean Int’l), Donna Bayley (DanceSteps), Lacey Smith (Dasein Dance), Ruth Douthright (independent dancer/teacher who has performed and studied internationally), Amanda Hancox (DTRC) and Rosslyn Jacob Edwards (Dance Ontario).
