Two Studio Spaces: 2200 sqft Well-ventilated 1100 sqft studios on 2nd and 3rd floor – newly installed HVAC and large windows in studio.

2nd floor: balcony 3rd floor: skylight

Brand new renovated space. Ample natural light. Individual gender-neutral bathrooms – one on each floor. 30 to 35 people capacity each studio. Wall to wall mirrors. Bluetooth connect stereo system.
