DANCE STUDIO SPACE FOR RENT

We offer two fully equipped dance studios available for immediate occupancy for both short- and long-term rental.

Studio A — 1,100 sq. ft.

33 × 36 ft. with beautiful 9’0” floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

Studio B — 810 sq. ft.

29 × 29 ft.

Studio Features

Each studio is equipped with:

* Professional Marley dance flooring
* Mirrors
* Portable ballet barre
* Sound system
* HVAC

Our facilities also include a waiting area and two washrooms.

Paid above-ground and underground parking is available.

Rental Rates
A minimum 4- hour rental period applies to all bookings

Studio A: $48/hour + HST
Studio B: $40/hour + HST

Discounted rates may be available for regular or long-term bookings.
