SKETCH Working Arts invites you to host your next event, workshop series, and grow your creative discipline in a variety of well-equipped arts studios. Studio spaces include an audio arts studio and production lab, movement studio, ceramics studio and kiln, an industrial kitchen, and two dynamic studio spaces.
This stunning artist studio space is ideally located just off the trendy Ossington strip near Queen Street West, an area full of renovated industrial buildings, filled with locals, artists, boutiques, galleries and restaurants.
It is a physically accessible and clean space with stunning natural lighting, a versatile layout, and a large amount of white wall space, making it the perfect location to host your next Pop-Up, exhibit, product launch or event. This space is easily accessible by public transit and an elevator, and is a welcoming venue for your next event.
All events are supported by a rental host. Rentals have access to speakers, tables and chairs, wifi, hot water, an accessible washroom with a changing table and another all-gender two-stalled bathroom. Rentals can also access a projector, microphone and sound system, and audio recording technician for a nominal fee.
Whether you’re offering dance classes, recording a podcast or album, hosting a workshop, AGM, or fundraiser, offering a weekly cooking class, wanting to use a pottery wheel to complete a grant project, practising your stand-up comedy skills, or something else creative or communal, SKETCH is the perfect place for your rental needs.
