We offer two dance studios for immediate occupancy for short and long-term rental.
Studio A is 1,100 sq. ft. (33×36 ft.) with 9’0” floor to ceiling glass windows. Studio B is 810 sq. ft. (29×29 ft.). Each studio is equipped with marley floors, mirrors, portable barre, sound system, and HVAC. Our facilities include a waiting area and two washrooms. Paid above ground and underground parking is available.
Studio A is $48/hour and Studio B is $40/hour + tax. A discount may be negotiated.
