DIMITRIOU DANCE INTENSIVE 

An Immersive 5 Day Dance Intensive taking students from IN STUDIO to ON CAMERA 

For Pre-Professional Dancers

Young dance artists will have the ability to connect, work with and gain valuable insight into the creative process of some of Canada’s top film and television choreographers.

After spending 4 days IN STUDIO learning choreography and gaining insight from Canada’s Top Choreographers, on the final day of the intensive dancers will experience the creative process involved in shooting a professionally made Dance Concept Film!

Dimitriou Dance Intensive will provide dancers with:

* knowledge of professional dance etiquette for film and television

* connect and learn from choreographers currently working in the industry

* on camera performance skills to take with them as they move towards a professional career

* learn what is expected of them in the rehearsal room and on set

* discuss and learn what working in the industry is like from working choreographers and directors and discover what tools they need to have a successful dance career

** Acceptances will be sent out as we receive submissions and are inspired to work with dancers. Submissions will close if we reach the maximum number of dancers before the submission deadline  **
