Conservative Party – to date, no arts commitments have been posted.

Green – to date, no arts commitments have been posted.

Liberal Party – arts commitments include:
$150 million increase to CBC’s annual funding
Double Canada Council for the Arts annual budget from $180 million to $360 million
$25 million increase to National Film Board and Telefilm Canada
Reinstatement of Promart and Trade Routes International Cultural Promotions programs.

NDP – arts commitments include:
reverse $115 million in cuts to CBC made by Conservative government
income averaging for artists
$60 million over 4 years to Telefilm Canada and the NFB
$10 million digital content fund for Canada’s 150th in 2017.
